Please refer to the following service arrangements for the upcoming Vesak Day holiday on 12/05/2025 (Monday):

✅ Guangzhou, Korea, and Thailand warehouses: Operating as usual (parcel receiving, order processing, and outbound shipments)
✅ Customer service and redemption services: Closed for 1 day, will resume normal operations on 13/05/2025 (Tuesday)
✅ Taiwan & Japan warehouses: No outbound shipments for 1 day, but parcel receiving will continue as usual

Note: Local delivery services and cargo unpacking arrangements may be delayed during the holiday. Please plan your shipments in advance.
