Dear Valued Customer,
To comply with national regulations, please be informed that the following items are strictly prohibited from being exported via air freight channels. You are kindly reminded to ensure that the contents of your shipment are compliant before sending. If any prohibited items are found, resulting in customs seizure, return, or destruction, all associated responsibilities and costs will be borne by the sender.
🚫 Prohibited items for air freight include but are not limited to:
- Mineral products (including ores, industrial raw materials), rare earths, rare metals (including but not limited to various types of metal ingots, metal molds, raw metals, high-density hardware items), charcoal, graphite and graphite-containing materials, lithium thionyl chloride batteries, etc.;
- Products containing gunpowder (e.g., explosive nails, fireworks, firecrackers, etc.);
- Raw wood, timber, wood strips, stainless steel pipes, sheets, aluminum materials, steel materials, steel coils, and other industrial raw materials;
- Tobacco, alcoholic products, and agricultural goods;
- Refrigerants, coolants, and related substances (e.g., R22, R134A);
- Dual-use controlled items (e.g., drones, ATVs, quartz sand, activated carbon, graphite products, scopes, high-powered binoculars, camouflage clothing, military tents, etc.);
- National natural resource items (e.g., trees, Podocarpus, natural sand and stone, etc.);
- Mining machines (both new and used are strictly prohibited);
- Items restricted by IATA for air transportation (e.g., live goods, e-cigarettes, pressurized canisters, pure batteries, perfumes, electric vehicles, celebration cannons, flammable/explosive items, corrosive substances, CDs, firearms and weapons, etc.);
- Machinery must be truthfully declared as new or used. Misdeclaration (e.g., declaring used machines as new) may result in customs penalties. Any resulting fees and consequences shall be borne by the customer.

Do not include or mistakenly ship any of the above-restricted items. This notice applies to all exports via air freight. No false declarations or smuggling attempts are allowed.
