The overseas customer service will update inbound within 2 working days after the parcel arrived at the warehouse.

Why does the courier website show that it has been signed, but the system has not updated the inbound status?

The warehouse staff will sign for the parcel immediately once it arrived at the warehouse, the overseas customer service will update inbound within 2 working days. The update might have some delays due to the time lag.

How long will it take to receive the parcel?

About 3-5 working days after the parcel arrives at the overseas warehouse.

Can liquid or digital products be shipped to Malaysia?

Can, certain liquid and digital products can be shipped. If you are uncertain of the classification of goods, you can consult our customer service.

Does Taiwan have sensitive channels?

Taiwan does not have sensitive channel, only general cargo channel, and it is divided by the items that can or cannot be shipped. If you are uncertain of the classification of goods, you can contact our customer service for assistance.

Is there anything that cannot be shipped?
  1. Prohibited items: Cigarette, sexual products, firecrackers, spray and so on.
  2. If the customer would like to ship alcohol (only certain type of alcohol), battery, digital products and wet food, you need to inform our customer service because all these belong to highly sensitive products which need to be shipped by special channel.
  3. For the extra charges of sensitive products depend on the amount of items. Please provide our customer service the product’s photo and amount to verify the correct shipping channel.

Is it included tax and customs clearance service?

The shipping fee is included the tax and customs clearance service charge, the customers only need to pay one time shipping fee will do.

My parcel arrived at Taiwan warehouse on Saturday, when will it arrive in Malaysia?

If the parcel arrived at the warehouse on Saturday, it will be arrange to ship to Malaysia on the next Friday by default. Once it arrived in Malaysia, the customer will receive it within 3-4 working days.
