The coming Aug 31st (Thurs) is Malaysia’s National Day. The Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and despatch as usual; the MyPoz customer service team and reload departments will take one day off, back to normal on Sep 1st (Fri).
For the progress of sea freight unloading, air and sea freight customs clearance and courier/ logistics delivery will delay for one working day, expected to return to normal gradually on the next day.
