Please be informed that August 31 (Sunday) is Malaysia’s National Day. Kindly take note of the following holiday arrangements:
- China Warehouse: Operations will continue as usual — parcels will be received and orders will be processed as normal.
- Malaysia Customer Service & Alipay Top-Up Department: A replacement holiday will be observed on September 1 (Monday). Operations will resume as usual on September 2 (Tuesday).
- Logistics Arrangement: Services such as sea freight container unloading, air-sea customs clearance, and courier/logistics delivery will be delayed by one working day, and are expected to gradually resume the following day.
To avoid any delays, if you have urgent shipments, please ensure payment is made by 6:00 PM on August 22 (Friday) at the latest so we can arrange delivery in time.
