The coming Nov 18th (Fri) and Nov 19th (Sat) are the 15th general election holidays, MyPoz’s latest holiday arrangements are as below:
MyPoz customer service department will operate as usual on Friday, the Alipay and delivery departments will be off for two days until Monday to fulfill civil rights; the Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels and process orders as usual, normal despatch shipments in China.
Due to the long weekend, the air and sea freight customs clearances, demolishment and delivery will be affected to varying degrees. All operations are expected to resume on Monday.
All inquiries and Alipay orders received during holidays will be processed accordingly on Monday.
