The pandemic in China has worsened recently, and certain shipping warehouses have imposed lockdowns. To clear doubts, we would like to claim that MyPoz’s Guangzhou warehouse is still operating as usual. Please rest assured to ship to our warehouse.
MyPoz has raised the standards of receiving goods. All the sellers and delivery men must have 24-hour Covid test results and measure body temperature before entering the warehouse.
To avoid any delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as the pandemic and the Double 11 shopping season, our warehouse management suggested：
- Add parcels and submit the order in advance so that our warehouse staff can process the shipment instantly.
- Arrange part of the arrived parcels to ship first to avoid the peak period of the warehouse.
- Choose auto payment during order submission, and remember to top-up enough money first to speed up the shipping time.
