The coming Dec 25 (Sun) is Christmas, MyPoz customer service team and Alipay department operate as usual on Monday. 

 

The Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and arrange for delivery as usual. Due to the long weekend, the sea freight unloading, air, sea freight customs clearances, and courier/ logistics delivery will also be affected to varying degrees and are expected to return to normal gradually on Tuesday.

 

In addition, the coming Jan 1 (Sunday) is New Year, the customer service team and Alipay department operate as usual on Monday; the Guangzhou warehouse will receive the parcels and process the orders as usual, only the despatching of shipments will be affected, expected to return to normal on Jan 2 (Monday):

Gentle reminder: If the customers need to ship during the holiday, please use online top-up and payment service. The Chinese New Year is near, for urgent items or items to be received before CNY, please choose air freight as the delivery channel.
