1. When is the clearing of the past accumulated points new mechanism to be implemented?

The new mechanism will be implemented starting from 1^st May 2021.

 

2. The system will clear all my past accumulated points starting from where?

The system will clear all accumulated points before 1^st May 2020.

 

3. Where do I know when my points were accumulated?

You may go to Rebate> My Reward Points> Reward Points Details to check where and when the points were gained.

 

4. When is the last date that I should use all the accumulated points?

The last date you should use the accumulated points in your account is before 30^th April 2021 23:59, otherwise the system will automatically reset the points to zero.

 

5. If my account has accumulated points before and after 1^st May 2020 00:00, will the system clear all my points at once?

No, the system will only automatically clear the points before 1^st May 2020 00:00, and the accumulated points afterwards will still be saved in the account.
