The upcoming 25 September 2026 (Friday) is the Mid-Autumn Festival. Our Guangzhou Warehouse will be closed for 2 days from 24 September 2026, with 23 September (Wednesday) being the last day for shipment dispatch.

Please note that sea freight container unloading and air/sea freight customs clearance may also be affected by the holiday arrangement. It is expected to take approximately one week for operations to fully return to normal.

For urgent shipments, we kindly recommend making payment before 23 September 2026 (Wednesday) so that we can arrange the shipment dispatch accordingly.

Our Customer Service and Alipay Top-Up Departments will continue to operate as usual during this period.
