The coming Aug 31 (Wed) is Malaysia’s National Day. Malaysia customer service team and reload department will take one day off, back to normal on Sep 1 (Thurs), whereas the Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and despatch as usual.

 

For the sea freight unloading, air and sea freight customs clearance, and courier/ logistics delivery will delay for one working day, expected to return to normal gradually on the next day.
