The coming Mar 23 (Wednesday) is Johor Sultan Ibrahim’s 64th Birthday, which is also Johor’s public holiday.
MyPoz customer service and reload departments will take one day off, all the inquiries and reload orders will be processed gradually on the next working day, the delivery of Johor areas will also be delayed; Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and arrange for shipments as usual.
