The coming April 22nd (Sat) is Hari Raya. MyPoz online customer service and Alipay reload departments will be off for one day and resume working on April 24th (Mon); the China warehouse will operate as usual.
(*Note: If Hari Raya falls on April 21st (Fri), MyPoz will operate as usual and will have a holiday replacement on April 24th (Mon).)
Furthermore, the sea freight unloading, air freight and sea freight customs clearances, and courier/ logistics delivery will also be affected to varying degrees from April 21st (Fri) to April 24th (Mon) and return to normal gradually on April 25th (Tues).
