June 2^nd (Monday) is Agong’s birthday and a public holiday. Here’s an early wish for a joyful and restful holiday! Below are the arrangements for the day to help you plan ahead with peace of mind:

🏢 Operation Schedule:

• China Warehouse: Business as usual. Parcels will be received, processed, and shipped as normal.
• Malaysia Customer Service & Alipay Top-Up Team: Will be on holiday and resume operations on June 3^rd (Tuesday).

🚚 Shipping & Logistics Update:

• Due to the holiday and customs clearance delays, from May 13^th(Saturday) onwards, services such as sea freight unpacking, air-sea customs clearance, and courier deliveries may be affected. These are expected to gradually return to normal starting June 3^rd(Tuesday).

🔔 Friendly Tips:

• If you have urgent shipments, please make payment and arrange shipping as soon as possible to avoid delays.
• For shipments on the public holiday, please use online top-up services to ensure smooth processing.
