- Customer service & Alipay departments: Off from Feb 14th(Sat) to Feb 22th (Sun), back to work on Feb 23th (Mon)
- Guangzhou warehouse: Off from Feb 14th(Sat) to Feb 24th(Tue), last receiving parcels and processing orders on Feb 13th (Fri) but no despatching, operating as usual on Feb 25th (Wed)

🔔 Important Reminders
- As the festive season approaches, regular air freight services from China to Malaysia may experience overcapacity or flight delays. For urgent shipments, we recommend using air-sensitive channels with more stable transit times.
- Please place your orders promptly after your parcels arrive at the warehouse to avoid possible delays during the pre- and post-holiday period.
- Before Chinese New Year, only air shipments from China to Malaysia and Singapore will be accepted. Other shipping channels will mainly resume receiving shipments after the holiday.
- The final pre-holiday shipment schedule does not include uncontrollable third-party factors, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or epidemic-related issues.
