Hari Raya Haji: No holiday break, all departments will operate as usual

Please refer below for the operation arrangements of our warehouses and service departments during the upcoming Vesak Day and Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s Birthday holidays:

✅ Guangzhou Warehouse: Normal operations during the holiday period (parcel receiving, order processing, and shipment arrangement)

✅ Taiwan, Japan, Korea & Thailand Warehouses: Parcel receiving will operate as usual, but shipment services will be temporarily suspended during the holiday period

✅ Customer Service & Currency Exchange Service: Closed for 2 days from 01/06/2026 (Mon) to 02/06/2026 (Tue), and will resume normal operations on 03/06/2026 (Wed)
