According to the latest customs requirements, for all shipments via sea freight, especially those involving machinery and equipment, please be sure to fill in the correct product name when adding the package and declare the equipment status new or used.

 

📌 Please note:

If used machines are declared as new, once the customs inspection determines that it is inconsistent with the declaration, the customs will handle it as inconsistent with the declared product name. Any resulting costs and losses.

The inspection fees, demurrage fees, return shipments, fines and all other related expenses and losses incurred shall be borne by the customer, and the company shall not be responsible.
