Due to the ongoing changes in the global landscape and the recent tightening of export air freight regulations by China customs authorities, certain goods that were previously eligible for air shipment are now subject to stricter scrutiny. This has led to increased risks of delays, rejections, confiscations, or even fines during the export process.
To ensure that your shipments can proceed smoothly, compliantly, and safely under the current regulatory environment, we have carefully enhanced our internal cargo review procedures in accordance with the latest customs policies. For goods that fall under sensitive or restricted categories, we kindly recommend opting for sea freight as a more stable and compliant shipping method.
We understand that some customers may still be adjusting to these evolving regulations and may find certain aspects of our handling procedures to be more stringent than expected. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and would like to emphasize that these adjustments are made with the goal of safeguarding your shipments and reducing potential regulatory risks.
If sea freight does not suit your current logistics needs, we are happy to assist by transferring your goods to a qualified third-party forwarder’s warehouse for further handling, or, if preferred, arranging for the goods to be returned to the original sender. Please kindly note that warehousing, handling, or transportation charges may apply during this process and will be communicated separately based on the actual situation.

To minimize unnecessary communication costs and logistics risks, we urge customers to confirm the product category and export feasibility before placing orders and to plan purchasing and shipping arrangements well in advance.
