Greetings! Thank you for your continued trust and support for our Guangzhou Consolidation Warehouse. In light of the latest customs regulations and port clearance notices, we would like to inform you of the key supervision and restriction points regarding export cargo. Please read the following instructions carefully and comply strictly to avoid unnecessary clearance delays or legal consequences.
⚠ Special Attention:
1. Prohibited or High-Risk Items List (Please strictly avoid shipping the following items)
🚫 Rare Metals (including but not limited to):
- Lanthanide series: Gadolinium, Yttrium, Cerium, Neodymium, Erbium, Ytterbium, Samarium, Terbium, Dysprosium, Lutetium, Scandium
- Radioactive or rare earth metals: Polonium, Radium, Actinium, Thorium, Uranium, Plutonium, Curium, Californium, Einsteinium
- Other high-risk metals: Lithium, Rhenium, Gallium, Indium, Germanium, Titanium, Zirconium, Hafnium, Tantalum, Tungsten, Molybdenum, Tellurium, Bismuth, Antimony, Nickel, Manganese, Beryllium, Niobium
⚒ Metal Products or High-Density Cargo:
- All types of metal ingots, metal molds, raw metal materials
- Large steel, iron, or aluminum products (especially with “0 tariff codes”)
🔋 Specially Regulated Items: (key focus of enforcement)
- Rare earth materials
- Graphite
- Lithium thionyl chloride batteries
🚁 Drones and Accessories:
- Complete drones and their components are strictly prohibited for export
🛃 Customs & Port Reminders:
- Customs may not accept material composition reports and may conduct chemical analysis on suspicious items, causing unpredictable clearance delays.
- Cargo found containing the above items may be detained indefinitely or sent for inspection.
- Fines may reach up to RMB 3,000,000.
- Exporting rare earths, graphite, or lithium thionyl chloride batteriesmay result in criminal liability.
📝 Important Note:
Attempting to clear such goods through false declaration may result in criminal prosecution and severe financial penalties.
✅ Recommendations:
- Please inform your operations and warehouse teams to strictly check cargo types before shipment.
- If the goods involve metals or high-density materials, confirm in advance whether they fall under prohibited or restricted categories.
- Comply strictly with export regulations to ensure legality and avoid legal and financial risks.
