Gentle Reminder

*Starting Mar 25, 2022 (Friday), Japan to Malaysia air freight fee will be calculated according to the latest price list.

*Delivery validity: West Malaysia- 5-7 working days; East Malaysia- 8-10 working days, one flight every Saturday

*Minimum shipment: General & sensitive cargo- 1kg

*According to the standard “air freight” algorithm, the actual weight collected is based on the “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher.

*The volume weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= Volume

*The shipping fee will be provided within 24 working hours once the order is placed. (2 working days for inbound status update, receive within 5 working days after the payment is made)

*No. of parcel:1-10 parcels = Free collection fee, 10 parcels and above= RM1 / parcel. Free collection fee if the single parcel is more than 50kg.

* In case of holidays, transportation peak, bad weather and slow delivery caused by the third party, which is out of our control, may cause delivery delay.

After purchasing, kindly add the parcel and submit order to allow the customer service prepare for the customs clearance documents.

Without adding the parcel in the system, the parcel will not be shipped to Malaysia by default.

The oversea customer service will update inbound within 2 working days once the parcel arrived at the warehouse.

The inbound update might be delayed due to the time lag between Malaysia and Japan.

After making payment, it is expected to arrange for delivery within 3-4 working days under normal condition.

Why does the courier website show that it has been signed, but the system has not updated the inbound status?

The warehouse staff will sign for the parcel immediately once it arrived at the warehouse, the overseas customer service will update inbound within 2 working days. The update might have some delays due to the time lag.

How long will it take to receive the goods?

The delivery will be arranged within 3-4 working days after the payment is made.

Is there any sensitive channel?

Japan has sensitive channel, the minimum shipment of sensitive cargo is 1kg. If you are uncertain which channel to use, please consult our customer service in advance.

Under what circumstances need to use special sensitive channels?

If the customer would like to ship a large amount of sensitive cargo, then need to use the special sensitive channel. Please consult our customer service in advance, the procedure is as below:

Can, but need to use sensitive channel to ship because all these belong to sensitive items.

Is there anything that cannot be shipped?
