The coming Oct 24 (Mon) is Deepavali. Malaysia customer service team and reload department will take one day off and resume working on Oct 25 (Tues); Guangzhou warehouse will receive parcels, process orders, and arrange for delivery as usual.
Due to the long weekend, the sea freight unloading, air, sea freight customs clearances, and courier/ logistics delivery will also be affected to varying degrees and are expected to return to normal gradually on Tuesday.
