The coming Oct 20th (Mon.) is Deepavali. MyPoz customer service and Alipay reload departments will take one day off, and back to normal on Oct 21st (Fri.). Guangzhou warehouse as usual continue receiving parcels, processing orders, and despatching as usual.
Because Deepavali, the sea freight unloading, customs clearances for air and sea freight, and courier/logistics deliveries might be a bit slower. Everything should be back to normal by Tuesday.
