Due to Typhoon “Taba” and the accompanying heavy rain and thunderstorms, logistics operations in certain regions are currently facing significant challenges. Please take note of the following important reminders:
- Moisture-Proof & Waterproof Packaging
Severe weather conditions may cause your parcels to get wet during transit. Kindly ensure all shipments are properly packed with waterproof protection before dispatch, such as:
▪ Waterproof film wrapping
▪ Waterproof bags
▪ Thick plastic coverings or other similar protection
Please note that we will not be able to process compensation claims for any damage or issues caused by inadequate waterproof packaging. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Shipping Delays & Transit Time
Due to the typhoon, some flights and vessel schedules may be delayed. Customs clearance and delivery services may also be affected.
We will closely monitor the weather and logistics situation and do our best to ensure your parcels are delivered safely and as promptly as possible.
- Safety First – Plan Your Shipments Accordingly
If your shipment is not urgent, we recommend delaying the dispatch based on weather conditions to ensure safe transportation.
