To ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with Thai regulations, we would like to kindly remind all customers that all shipment declarations to our Thailand warehouse must be truthful, complete, and accurate.

Recently, we have observed cases where the declared information did not match the actual contents of the shipment. Such discrepancies may affect operational efficiency, delay customs clearance, and pose compliance risks.

To maintain an orderly and compliant logistics environment and protect the interests of all customers, effective immediately, we will impose a minimum penalty of RM 1,000.00 for any inaccurate declarations. Depending on the severity of the case, we also reserve the right to suspend services and report to customs authorities.

We sincerely recommend the following:
✅ Double-check and accurately declare shipment contents, ensuring they match the actual goods to avoid delays or penalties;
✅ Strengthen internal declaration procedures to improve the accuracy submitted documentation;
