Gentle Reminder
*Starting 5/4/2022, Tuesday 12:00 pm, all the orders from Australia to Malaysia will be calculated according to the latest price list.
*Minimum shipment: 20kg, included tax and customs clearance fee
*Delivery validity: West Malaysia- 7 working days after departing; East Malaysia- 10 working days after departing
*One flight every two weeks. In case of holidays, transportation peak, bad weather and slow delivery caused by the third party, which is out of our control, may cause delivery delay.
* According to the “air freight” standard algorithm, the freight collected is based on “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher.
*The volumetric weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= volume.

The inbound update might be delayed due to the time lag between Malaysia and Australia is about 3 hours.

The oversea customer service will update inbound within 2 working days once the parcel arrived Malaysia.

Customers will know the shipping fee within 24 hours after the order is place.

Expected to receive within 5 working days after arriving at Malaysia warehouse under normal condition.

Please consult our customer service in advance to verify the correct shipping channel.

If the parcel does not indicate the MP number, USD 5 will be charged as the fee for finding the parcel.

If cannot provide us any effective message, maybe cannot verify the parcel. (Investigation period will be 15 days only.)

Overdue will be considered as not received by local warehouse and we will not bear for any compensation.

Customers are advised to purchase insurance for the parcel,if any accident happened, it can been fully compensated.

If no insurance is purchased, the parcel loss in the journey, the company will compensate according to the freight regulations.

If the goods have been insured, the claim is for parcel loss only, not included parcels/items damage.

Why is the courier website showing received, but there is no inbound update on the system?
The overseas customer service will only update the inbound status after the parcel has arrived in Malaysia within 2 working days.

Is there any sensitive channel?
Australia shipping does not have sensitive channel, only general cargo channel, and divided into items that can be shipped and cannot be shipped. If you are uncertain which channel to use, please consult our customer service in advance to verify the classification of goods.

Can, certain type of liquid and digital products (without battery) can be shipped. If you are uncertain which item can be shipped, please consult our customer service in advance.

Is there anything that cannot be shipped?
- Sexual products, alcoholic products, sprays, flammable substances, corrosive substances, explosives, toxic gases, oxidizing substances, cigarettes, animals and plants, weapons, drugs, etc.
- For some specific goods, it is necessary to determine whether they can be transported based on the transportation volume. The customer shall provide the product photo and inform the transportation volume in detail, so that the customer service can provide you with correct information.

Is the shipping fee included import tax?
The shipping fee is included tax and customs clearance fee, the customer only needs to pay once will do.

If the flight has been cancelled, can the next flight be estimated?
No at this moment because of the epidemic, the number of passenger planes has been reduced, and only cargo planes are available which need to achieve a certain amount of cargo. Normally, if the flight is cancelled this week, probably will get the nearest fight next week.
