Thank you for your continued support and trust.

Due to ongoing internal operational adjustments within ABX (KEX) West Malaysia, a large portion of parcels destined for West Malaysia are currently being handed over to alternative courier providers for final delivery. As future delivery arrangements remain uncertain, transit and delivery times may be significantly affected.

To minimize potential delays and ensure a better shipping experience for our customers, we will temporarily suspend the ABX West Malaysia Air Freight Service effective 12 June 2026 until further notice.

Affected Service:
• ABX West Malaysia Air Freight – Temporarily Suspended

Services Operating as Usual:
• ABX East Malaysia Air Freight – Normal Operations
• SKYNET – Normal Operations
• GDEX – Normal Operations

For customers with upcoming shipments, we recommend selecting SKYNET or GDEX to ensure more stable transportation and delivery arrangements.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will notify all customers immediately should the ABX West Malaysia service resume.
