Dear customers:

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Anwar announced that the coming November 28 (Monday) is a public holiday.

 

Our customer service, Alipay, and delivery departments will be off for one day until Tuesday; the Guangzhou warehouse is still under closed management, and it is estimated to take until the 27th to receive shipments, and the customers can start to ship to our warehouse.

 

If the urgent item is still on the way, please ask customer service for the address of the temporary direct shipping warehouse for air and sea freights (WhatsApp: 012-374 2238)

 

Due to the long weekend, air and sea customs clearance, demolishment and delivery will be affected to varying degrees, and normal operations will resume on Tuesday.

 

All inquiries and Alipay orders received during the holiday will be processed accordingly on Tuesday. We appreciate your cooperation!
