In order to further strengthen safety management and ensure the safety of port operations and maritime transportation, we would like to kindly remind all customers of the following requirements regarding the declaration of dangerous goods.

Incorrect declaration, false declaration, or concealment of dangerous goods may pose serious risks to port operations, vessel safety, and personnel, and may result in significant losses. To ensure a safe and smooth shipping environment for all parties, we sincerely ask for your cooperation in strictly complying with the following:

Accurate and Truthful Declaration
All cargo handled and transported through our services must be declared truthfully, accurately, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Any form of misdeclaration, under-declaration, non-declaration, or concealment of dangerous goods is strictly prohibited.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
If any misdeclaration or concealment of dangerous goods is discovered, our company reserves the right to terminate transportation services and business cooperation with the relevant party.

Liability for Losses and Damages
If a container arriving at the port is found to contain undeclared, wrongly declared, falsely declared, or concealed dangerous goods, resulting in damage to port facilities, handling equipment, containers, or other cargo,
all related liabilities, losses, penalties, and expenses shall be borne entirely by the responsible party.

Compliance with Regulatory Authorities
In cases involving illegal acts such as false declaration or concealment of dangerous goods, our company will report and fully cooperate with relevant government authorities for investigation and handling in accordance with the law.
