Dear Valued Customers:

Chinese New Year left only two weeks, and here comes the countdown to the final despatch and receive of air and sea shipments:

  • 3 more days: China to West Malaysia & Singapore air shipments to despatch and receive before CNY
  • Last day: China to East Malaysia air shipments to despatch and receive before CNY
  • 1 more day: China to Malaysia sea shipments to despatch before CNY

 

The following is the timetable of shipments receiving and despatching from warehouses:

Gentle reminder:

  1. Guangzhou warehouse, customer service & Alipay departments: Off from Feb 7th (Wed) to Feb 18th (Sun)
  2. As of now, air cargo from China to Malaysia and Singapore is still available to be received before CNY, while other shipments will be received during or after the New Year.
  3. China to Malaysia air freight: The latest date to make payment for West Malaysia air shipments to receive before CNY is on Jan 28th, and East Malaysia is by today before 7 pm.
  4. China to Malaysia sea freight: Tomorrow is the last despatch day of Guangzhou sea freight. If you wish to despatch the shipments before CNY, please submit the order for the arrived shipments and choose auto payment in advance.
  5. As the Chinese New Year is approaching, the general cargo flights from China to Malaysia may be out of shipping space, resulting in flight delays. The customers were encouraged to choose sensitive cargo air freight channels for urgent shipments.
  6. During this period, the customs have increased the frequency of strict inspections. MyPoz advised all the customers to accurately declare product names and refrain from attempting to ship prohibited items. Failure to comply will result in customers bearing all consequences and legal responsibilities.
  7. The delivery dates above do not include third-party factors, such as customs clearance, weather, epidemics, etc.
