*Starting 5/4/2022, Tuesday 12:00 pm, all the orders from Australia to Malaysia will be calculated according to the latest price list.

*Minimum shipment: 20kg, included tax and customs clearance fee

*Delivery validity: West Malaysia- 7 working days after departing; East Malaysia- 10 working days after departing

*One flight every two weeks. In case of holidays, transportation peak, bad weather and slow delivery caused by the third party, which is out of our control, may cause delivery delay.

* According to the “air freight” standard algorithm, the freight collected is based on “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher.

*The volumetric weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= volume.

The oversea customer service will update inbound within 2 working days once the parcel arrived Malaysia.

  1. Sexual products, alcoholic products, sprays, flammable substances, corrosive substances, explosives, toxic gases, oxidizing substances, cigarettes, animals and plants, weapons, drugs, etc.

If the flight has been cancelled, can the next flight be estimated?

No at this moment because of the epidemic, the number of passenger planes has been reduced, and only cargo planes are available which need to achieve a certain amount of cargo. Normally, if the flight is cancelled this week, probably will get the nearest fight next week.
