Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your continued support and trust.
We have received the latest notice from customs authorities regarding important adjustments to the export policy for phosphate fertilizers and related products. We would like to share the update with you promptly to support your business planning:
📌 Key Policy Updates:
- Effective from March 14, export declarations for phosphate fertilizers and related products have been fully suspended (including MAP, DAP, SSP, compound fertilizers containing phosphorus, as well as potash and urea).
- Shipments that have been declared but not yet released will not be allowed to proceed with customs clearance.
- The policy is implemented with no transition period, and is currently expected to remain in effect until August 31, 2026(subject to official updates).
📌 Products Not Affected:
- Purified phosphoric acid
- Feed-grade phosphates (DCP / MCP)
- Yellow phosphorus, lithium iron phosphate, and other non-agricultural phosphate-related products can still be exported as usual
📌 Important Reminder:
At present, phosphate fertilizers, potash, and urea are all subject to export restrictions. We kindly recommend confirming with us prior to any shipment or production arrangements to avoid unnecessary costs or delays.
Please note that if shipments are arranged without prior confirmation, any resulting costs or liabilities may need to be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
