- Delivery within Johor may experience slight delays during the holiday period.
- Sea freight container unloading, air-sea clearance, and courier deliveries are expected to be affected starting from 18 March and are anticipated to resume normal operations on 26 March
- Our China warehouse will continue to operate as usual, including parcel receiving, order processing, and shipment arrangements.
- If you require shipment during the holiday, please use online top-up and payment to avoid delays.
- To prevent possible shipment delays, we recommend arranging your shipments in advance.
