Every year, we encourage our customers to complete warehouse clearance prior to the New Year. According to warehouse policy, goods stored for more than 30 days will incur additional storage fees. As the Chinese New Year holiday typically lasts over a week, storage days will continue to accumulate during this period. To help you avoid unnecessary expenses, we kindly recommend arranging shipments before year-end. Our goal is to help you optimize costs while keeping your operations stress-free.
- Extra Peace of Mind During the Festive Season
Chinese New Year is one of the most important festivals, often accompanied by fireworks and celebrations. While our warehouse maintains strict safety standards, clearing your goods before the holiday helps further reduce potential risks associated with the festive period, allowing you to enjoy the holidays with confidence.
- Planning Ahead to Minimize Uncontrollable Factors
MyPoz warehouses are equipped with 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring, along with regular cleaning and sanitation. However, during the holiday period, staff rotations may affect response times to unforeseen situations. By arranging year-end clearance, you can effectively minimize exposure to any uncontrollable factors and ensure your goods remain secure.
- Friendly Reminder on Parcel Compensation Policy
We fully understand the value of your shipments. In the event that a parcel is lost or damaged due to our operational negligence, compensation will be provided in accordance with company policy. Currently, the maximum compensation is RMB 100 per parcel. As this may not fully reflect the value of all goods, we strongly recommend avoiding long-term storage and clearing your shipments before the New Year for maximum protection.
