*Starting 15/4/2022, Friday 12:00pm, US to Malaysia air freight will be calculated according to the latest price list
*Minimum shipment of general & sensitive cargo: 1kg
*West Malaysia: 10-15 working days; East Malaysia: 13-18 working days
*Shipping fee is calculated based on 1kg as one unit, included customs clearance fee and tax
* It is estimated that it will take 10-15 working days to receive the goods starting from the time the goods arrive at the US warehouse.
*If the customer would like to verify the inbound status of the parcel when it is still in the US warehouse will be charged an USD5. Kindly contact our customer service for more details.
*The inbound status will be updated within 3 working days after the shipment arrived at Malaysia warehouse, the freight will be provided within 24 working hours after submitting the order.
*One flight every Friday- calculate from the date the parcel arrived at US warehouse
*According to the standard “air freight” algorithm, the shipping fee collected is based on “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher.
*The volumetric weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/5000= volume
*The length, width, and height are 90cm or above on any side and will be subject to an extra long charge by adding 30% to the freight.

The arrival of the package might be delayed because of a 16-hour time limit difference between Malaysia and US.

The arrival information of the parcel will be updated after unpacking and scanning upon arrival in Malaysia.

The parcel will be updated inbound once it has arrived at Malaysia warehouse within 5 working days.

The shipping fee will be shown within 24 hours after submitting the order.

Expected to receive goods within 10 working days under normal condition.

Large quantities of sensitive cargos need to be shipped with special sensitive channel.

Please provide our customer service the detailed product photos and the amount to verify the correct shipping channel.

If the parcel does not indicate the MP number, USD 10 will be charged as the fee for finding the parcel.

If cannot provide us any effective message, maybe cannot verify the parcel. Investigation period will be 15 days only.

Overdue will be considered as not received by local warehouse and we will not bear for any compensation.

Customers are advised to purchase cargo insurance for full compensation up to RM50,000.

If no insurance is purchased, the maximum compensation under the regulations is RM100.

If the product has been insured, the scope of compensation is for parcel loss only, not included parcels/items damage.

If you would like to purchase cargo insurance, please provide the outer packaging photo, item's photo and proof of purchase.

If no insurance is purchased, the parcel loss in the journey, the company will compensate according to the freight regulations.

Why is the courier website showing received, but there is no inbound update on the system?
The warehouse staff will sign for the parcel immediately, and the customer will only know the latest status of the parcel after it has arrived in Malaysia within 5-10 working days.

How long will the delivery be arranged for the customer after the payment is done?
About 10 working days to arrange for delivery.

Is there any sensitive channel?
Yes, US shipping has sensitive channel, the minimum shipment is 1kg.

Can liquid and digital products be shipped to Malaysia?
Can, certain type of liquid and digital products can be shipped to Malaysia, but have to use sensitive channel. If you are uncertain which type of products can be shipped, please consult our customer service in advance for verification.

Is there anything that cannot be shipped?
- Prohibited items: Cigaratte, alcohol, sexual products, firecrackers, spray and so on.
- The rest of the goods depend on the volume of transport. Product photos are also required so that customer service staff can verify the correct shipping channel with the airline.

Is the shipping fee included the import tax?
The shipping fee is included tax and customs clearance fee, the customer only needs to pay once will do.

If the flight has been cancelled, can the next flight be estimated?
No at this moment because of the epidemic, the number of passenger planes has been reduced, and only cargo planes are available which need to achieve a certain amount of cargo. Normally, if the flight is cancelled this week, probably will get the nearest fight next week.
